So, yea….it’s been about a year since I posted in this blog. The reason is because I decided to take my life coaching business from local to worldwide, through the internet. I had no idea how much time and work that would take…I’m not so great at computer technology, and online marketing was a foreign concept.

Talk about a learning curve! But it’s going great, and I love it.

So I’ve neglected y’all, but I miss y’all. So here I am, Rock you Like a Hurricane!

What I do as  a life coach is help women who are struggling with the realization that their growing children no longer need them as much and who want to start to fill that void by rediscovering what THEY want to do with their newfound time and freedom, so they can create a life of purpose and fulfillment outside of motherhood.

Meanwhile, I have not stopped quilting and designing fun fabric art!! (And I never will!)

Due to dozens of women asking, I’m planning to offer a workshop on creating quilted postcards, so stay tuned here and on my Facebook Page Tall Poppy Studios for dates and links.

One more cool thing…I’ve been brainstorming ways to combine my two passions: coaching and fabric art. Let me know if you have any ideas!
